In most cases, we can deliver to your doorstep in 1-3 weeks. For faster orders, contact us. However, given that each item is exquisitely crafted and customized for you, there may be certain delays involved. In that event, a Rinku Sobti representative will inform you as to the expected length of delay.
How will you despatch my order?
We will use Fedex, which can be tracked and delivers within 3-4 business days of shipment.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, we will email you an Airway bill number for online tracking. You are welcome to e-mail queries related to your purchase, but we encourage you to do so after 2-3 weeks have elapsed from the time of your order.
