Shipping and Returns Policy 

Delivery Timeline

We are a slow fashion brand that does not believe in mass manufacturing. We keep limited stocks, hence once ordered the products will ship in minimum 1 week  to a maximum of 3 weeks.

Rinku Sobti Fashions Pvt Limited reserves the right to accept or deny Returns and Exchanges based on the following conditions. We request you to please carefully read the item descriptions, including size information. Please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration.

  1. Returns and Exchanges will only be entertained on full price items. All sales will be final for items bought on discounts or during sale periods. 
  2. All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation.
  3. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer. 
  4. Any request for return/exchange must be placed by the customer within 24 hours of delivery by Us . No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained.
  5.  Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered. 
    1. We will replace the product with the accurate product as per order placed by you. Please note that we will not entertain a change in size/colour variant for these replacements.
    2. Please write to us at care@rinkusobti.com. Alternatively, the customer may call/WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91 *********, within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment.
    3. Please await an e-mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return request. We will initiate a reverse pickup for you, kindly wait for us to inform you about the details of the pick up.
    4. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a quality check and acknowledge receipt. Incase any damage is found or we come across the same has been worn then the return will be cancelled and the customer will have to get the piece picked up from the Head Office.
  1. Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt. 
    1. We will replace the product with a new product as per order placed by you. Please note that we will not entertain a change in size/colour variant for these replacements.
    2. We will require you to provide us with pictures/videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery by us. 
    3. Please write to us at care@rinkusobti.com. Alternatively, the customer may call/WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91 *********, within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment.
    4. Please await an e-mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return request. We will initiate a reverse pickup for you, kindly wait for us to inform you about the details of the pick up.
    5. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a quality check and acknowledge receipt. Incase any damage is found or we come across the same has been worn then the return will be cancelled and the customer will have to get the piece picked up from the Head Office.
  1. Customised orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  2. Product (s) delivered do not fit. 
  •  If the ordered piece doesn't fit, please follow these steps:
  1. Please write to us at care@rinkusobti.com. Alternatively, the customer may call/WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91 *********, within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment.
  2. Please await an e-mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return request. We will initiate a reverse pickup for you, kindly wait for us to inform you about the details of the pick up. 
  3. We offer a size exchange only once per order. 
  4. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a quality check and acknowledge receipt. Incase any damage is found or we come across the same has been worn then the return will be cancelled and the customer will have to get the piece picked up from the Head Office.
  1. Approved returns will be offered a credit note. 
    1. The credit note amount will match the value of the purchased product.
    2. The credit note will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
    3. The credit note can be used on your next purchase.
    4. Credit note can’t be clubbed with any other coupon or Discount offers.

Monetary Refunds:

  1. We regret to inform you that we do not provide monetary refunds at this time.

Return Process and Notification:

  1. Upon receiving your returned items, we will carefully inspect them as part of our standard procedure.
  2. Following the inspection, we will promptly notify you via email or phone to confirm the receipt of your returned item.
  3. Furthermore, we will provide you with the outcome of your refund request, whether it is approved or rejected.

Approved Refunds:

  1. In the event that your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
  2. The refund amount will be issued as store credit, which will be added to your Rinku Sobti website account.
  3. This store credit can be utilized for future purchases on our platform.
  4. We kindly ask you to note that the store credit will remain valid for a period of 60 days.
